Southeastern US colocation center with annualized revenue of ~$700k from a mix of colocation, cloud, and managed and unmanaged servers with ~$300K in EBITDA. Most of revenue is recurring, QuickBooks acctg, VMware, and 1x/20, 7x/24 ARIN IPv4 blocks are included. Majority of customers on 1-year contracts. Owners are semi-retiring and are willing to support buyer for a transitional period in order to ensure a smooth transition.
