Revenue includes ~$44k from time and material based projects, ~$47k from managed flat rate projects; ~$5k from hosted software and MS365; with the remainder from hardware. Customers are not on contracts. NinjaRMM. Seller is looking for a quick sale but will stay on for 6 months as a consultant to ensure retention.
