• Brand 1: Total annual revenues of ~$350k with ~$181k of shared hosting and ~$165k of managed dedicated plus some revenue from domains and VPS. WHMCS, cPanel, customers pay 35% via CC, 48% by check and 17% via paypal. 90% Linux on owned hardware in 3rd party leased facilities. Will not sell shared separately.
• Brand 2: Total annual revenues of ~$1.4million with ~$1m from custom web development and ~$408K from hosting revenue (shared, VPS and managed dedicated). Web development work specializes in ecommerce development for Shopify, Magento, AbleCommerce and others servicing small and medium sized US businesses. 12 Full time and 3 part time development employees in US and India. QuickBooks billing, most customers pay via check, 90% Linux on owned hardware in 3rd party leased facilities. Will not sell shared separately.
