Operates own network covering several major Australian and New Zealand cities. Uses WHMCS with customers paying via CC, Paypal and bank transfer. Servers are owned and collocated in major 3rd party data centers. Most data center contracts expire in 2021 but some extend as far as 2023. Customers need to remain in Australia. Outsourced support team and 1 employee could be retained or terminated if desired. Seller is exiting the industry. Preapproval is required.
