REMOVED – decided not to sell

Established hoster selling Chicago area co-location customers and facility lease. Customers being sold have more than $1mm of annual revenue and the sale would include a one year contract with the seller for approximately 25 cabinets in the facility (an additional $300k of revenue.) The facility consists of a floor in a major, third party co-location space, and some office space. Total leased space has room for 161 cabinets that is more that 50% full in terms of space and power (without counting the one-year contract for 25 additional cabinets.) This is a spin-out and there are no standalone financials.
