Pacific Northwest, Tier 3, carrier neutral data center with capacity for approximately 250 racks of up to 32KW of critical load per rack. Total critical load is expandable to 1.8MW. Energy efficient (PUE of 1.1) with low cost power (5-6 cents/kw.) Currently using approximately 12% of capacity. 2019 revenue of approximately $400k with ~15+% EBITDA margin.
