Established hoster selling its Chicago area co-location customers and facility lease. Customers being sold have more than $900k of annual revenue and the sale would include a one year contract with the seller for approximately 35 cabinets in the facility (an additional $420k of revenue.) The facility consists of a floor in a major, third party co-location space, some office space and a right of first refusal for an additional floor. Total leased space (excluding option space) has room for 161 cabinets that is more that 50% full in terms of space and power (without counting the one-year contract for 35 additional cabinets.) This is a spin-out and there are no standalone financials.
