US hosting provider is seeking to sell its fully developed, fully automated server provisioning and operating platform. The platform, written in python, enables ultra-dense server deployment; up to 255 commodity servers in a single 30A 208V single phase rack. It provides many of the more popular cloud features such as 5 minute server deployment, multiple OS templates, private VLAN between customer’s servers. The hoster is current selling servers on this platform for $60 and $80/month. Software can be adapted for enterprise servers while maintaining the feature set. Developers are an outsource group who are available to continue developing the platform (if desired.) Sale comes with all intellectual property, portal software, deployment model, and existing website. The sale includes a very small number of customers.
